Timely, Transparent, Traceable Data

is data you can TRUST

Every organ donor represents a powerful gift — but sometimes, lifesaving opportunities are lost because of fragmented data, inconsistent communication channels and time-consuming processes.

Donor management is both urgent and complex. In addition to donor management, coordinators juggle communicating ventilator settings, lab results, imaging studies and EMR notes, through phone calls, texts, or scattered PDFs. As a result clinical decision makers — from administrators on call to transplant surgeons — are sifting through overwhelming amounts of unstructured information. The result? Delays, variability and in some cases, missed chances to save lives.

With MOSAiCC, we set out to change that. Designed to support real-time decision-making through data capture, consolidation and visualization tools, the dashboard allows OPOs to gather clinical data at its source and organize it in a way that is contextual, verifiable and actionable for OPO decision-makers such as medical directors, AOCs, consulting sub-specialists and transplant centers.

The Results Speak for Themselves

By mid-August, we had already surpassed our 2024 total of lungs transplanted…
including the most we’ve ever had in one month.”

“It takes about 20 seconds for AI to parse the information from the files.

We then have the ability to look back to make sure all the data is complete and accurate.”

June Delisle – Center for Donation & Transplant

“Our Subject Matter Experts can take
20 to 30 minutes to read the AI summary and have a response back for every step that needs to be taken.

It really streamlined our communication.”

After less than favorable initial assessment, AI data highlighted that most factors were modifiable with some intensive work. PF ratio increased from 129 to 347, enabling successful lung transplantation.

Coordinator training time has been trimmed by 30% by removing the focus on lung management.

Now, the coordinator is coordinating. They’re not acting as a clinician.”
