Loren Den Herder, Interim Chairman
Mr. Den Herder has been on the board since November 2016 and appointed Interim Chairman in June 2023. Loren Den Herder brings more than 20 years of consulting experience particularly geared towards business software development as well as significant experience within industries served by key CompuMed customers. Loren’s experience includes business process improvement design and delivery, systems integration, project management, and Program Management Office (PMO) leadership. His principal background focuses on improving business results through process design, business intelligence (BI) reporting, multi-platform systems integration, and system design.
Loren’s business data expertise has provided improved business results for companies across numerous industries and business functions. His projects often include the implementation of management tools to help ensure that process improvement recommendations deliver the expected outcomes. Loren also has experience leading engagements utilizing both traditional and agile delivery methodologies. He has been certified by the Project Management Institute as an Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP). Loren is a member of the Project Management Institute.
Lee Keddie, President, CEO & Director
Mr. Lee Keddie joined the board in October 2014, served as Interim CEO in late 2015 before being appointed President and CEO in January 2016. Mr. Keddie transformed HKX Inc., a hydraulic components startup, from $1.8M revenue and 12 people, to a nationally recognized niche market leader with $18M Revenue, 55 employees, and 24% free cash flow. He built a sustainable competitive advantage, leveraging technology, systems and leadership to produce a highly scalable business model with Gross Margins above 50%. Prior to his business leadership roles, Mr. Keddie spent over 8 years as an Aerospace Engineer in both the Commercial and Military sectors of the Aircraft Industry at Boeing, McDonnell Douglas, Bombardier, Learjet and Qantas Airways in Australia. He is a professional engineer and received a Co-op Mechanical Engineering Degree from the University of Waterloo, and spent two additional years at the University of Toronto in Aerospace Studies. Mr. Keddie is a pilot and a member of the Experimental Aircraft Association.
