CompuMed’s dedicated, U.S. customer support center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year ensuring our customers can always reach a live person. Each member of our support team is professionally trained to offer our customers the highest level of customer support. In more challenging technical situations, they even have the ability to remote into the customer’s computer to resolve specific issues (e.g. difficulties uploading studies).
CompuMed also extends our support to our integrated mobile diagnostic devices. From device troubleshooting to guiding our clients, step-by-step, through operation and uploading of test results.
Specialized Training
We provide complete training on all of the solutions we offer to ensure our clients are able to fully utilize and integrate them seamlessly into their workflow. Our training services can be provided using either an onsite or remote delivery model.
Workflow Improvement
CompuMed provides workflow management, systems integration, and implementation services to allow information to be transmitted to our specialists and their interpretations to be sent back to the customer.
